HONEST ASSESSMENTS. DETAILED REPORTS.
Most homeowners have no idea what is actually happening on their roof. The problems that cause the most damage are almost always the ones that go undetected for months or years. A cracked pipe boot, lifted flashing, or missing granules in a low traffic valley look like nothing from the ground. A professional inspection from Kross Roofing gives you a clear, accurate picture of your roof's condition before a small issue becomes an expensive repair. Detailed written report included. No pressure. Just the truth about what's up there.

COMPLETE ROOF INSPECTION SOLUTIONS
Residential Roof Inspection
A full inspection of your home’s roofing system covering shingles, flashing, valleys, ridge, gutters, ventilation, and visible decking condition. We document everything and walk you through exactly what we found before we leave.
Pre-Purchase Roof Inspection
Buying a home? We inspect the roof before you close so you know exactly what you are inheriting. A failing roof is one of the most expensive surprises a new homeowner can face, and we help you avoid it.
Storm Damage Inspection
After a hailstorm, high winds, or a major weather event, we inspect your roof for damage that is not always visible from the ground. Our detailed reports give your insurance company what they need to process a claim properly.
Insurance Claim Inspection
We provide thorough, documented inspections specifically designed to support the insurance claims process. We photograph and report every area of damage so nothing gets left out of your claim and the approved scope reflects the full extent of what needs to be repaired.
Annual Maintenance Inspection
A yearly inspection catches wear before it becomes damage. We check every component of your roofing system, flag anything that needs attention, and give you a clear report on where your roof stands heading into each new season.
Commercial Roof Inspection
We inspect flat and low-slope commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen, identifying ponding water issues, seam failures, membrane damage, and drainage problems before they develop into active interior leaks.
WHY HOMEOWNERS CHOOSE Kross Roofing
We Get on the Roof
We do not inspect your roof from the driveway with binoculars. We get up there, walk the full surface, and check every area that matters, including the spots most likely to cause problems first.
Detailed Written Reports
Every inspection includes a written report with photos documenting the condition of each area we checked. You get something you can actually use for insurance claims, home sales, or your own maintenance records going forward.
No Pressure. Just Facts.
We tell you what we found. If your roof is in good shape, we tell you that. If it needs work, we explain exactly what and why. No manufactured urgency and no upselling work that is not warranted.
20 Years of Knowing What to Look For
Experience matters on a roof inspection. We have seen how roofs age in this region, how storm damage presents on different systems, and where problems tend to hide. That knowledge shows up in every report we deliver.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does a roof inspection take?
Most residential inspections take between 45 minutes and two hours depending on the size of the home and the complexity of the roofline. Larger or more complicated roofs may take a bit longer. We do not rush it.
What does a roof inspection include?
We inspect shingles, flashing, valleys, ridge cap, pipe boots, vents, gutters, fascia, soffit, and visible decking condition. Everything we check gets documented in a written report with photos you keep.
Do I need to be home during the inspection?
You do not have to be present for the inspection itself, but we recommend being available for the walkthrough afterward so we can go through the report with you directly and answer any questions on the spot.
How often should I get my roof inspected?
Once a year is a good standard, and always after a significant storm. Annual inspections catch wear patterns and minor damage before they develop into leaks, which is far less disruptive than dealing with water inside your home.
Can a roof inspection help with my insurance claim?
Yes. Our storm damage inspections include detailed photo documentation and written reports that give your insurance adjuster the information they need to process your claim accurately and completely.
My roof looks fine from the ground. Do I still need an inspection?
Most serious roof problems are not visible from the ground. Cracked flashing, failing pipe boots, granule loss in the valleys, and early deck damage all look fine from the driveway. Getting on the roof is the only way to know what is actually there.
