Gutter
Installation & Repairs
PROTECTING YOUR HOME FROM THE GROUND UP ACROSS GEORGIA, ALABAMA & TENNESSEE
- MOVE THE WATER. PROTECT THE FOUNDATION.
YOUR ROOF SHEDS THE WATER. YOUR GUTTERS HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE WITH IT.
Most homeowners think about gutters when they are clogged or pulling away from the fascia. By that point, water has usually been going somewhere it should not for a while, pooling against the foundation, soaking into the fascia board, or eroding the soil along the perimeter. At Kross Roofing, we install seamless aluminum gutters and repair existing systems for homeowners across Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. We have been doing this alongside roofing work for over 20 years and we understand how the roof, the fascia, and the gutter system work together.

COMPLETE GUTTER INSTALLATION & REPAIR SOLUTIONS
Seamless Gutter Installation
We fabricate and install seamless aluminum gutters on site, cut to the exact length of each run so there are no mid span seams to separate and leak over time. Seamless gutters are more durable and require less maintenance than sectional systems.
Gutter Replacement
When existing gutters are too far gone to repair, heavily corroded, badly pitched, pulling away from the fascia, or undersized for the roof drainage load, we remove the old system and install a new seamless setup sized and pitched correctly for your roof.
Gutter Repair
Leaking joints, sagging sections, separated end caps, and downspout disconnections are the most common gutter repair issues. We fix what is actually failing and check the rest of the system while we are on the ladder so you are not calling us back in three months.
Downspout Installation & Repair
A gutter that empties at the foundation wall is not protecting anything. We install and reposition downspouts to move water away from the building, add extensions where needed, and repair downspouts that have separated, corroded, or been knocked out of position.
Gutter Guard Installation
Gutter guards keep leaves and debris out of the channel, reducing the frequency of cleanings and preventing blockages during heavy rain events. We install gutter guard systems that work with your gutter profile and the type of debris common in your area.
Fascia & Soffit Inspection
When we install or repair gutters, we check the fascia board underneath for rot and moisture damage. A gutter mounted to a rotted fascia will not stay up long. If we find damage, we tell you what needs to be addressed before the new system goes on.
WHY HOMEOWNERS CHOOSE Kross Roofing
PITCH AND SIZING DONE RIGHT
A gutter that does not pitch correctly pools water. A downspout too small for the roof area it drains backs up in heavy rain. We size and pitch every run correctly from the start.
SEAMLESS MEANS FEWER LEAK POINTS
Every seam in a sectional gutter system is a potential failure point. We install seamless aluminum gutters fabricated on site to the exact length of each run for fewer joints and fewer leaks.
WE CHECK THE FASCIA FIRST
Mounting a new gutter to a rotted fascia board is a waste of everyone's time. We check fascia and soffit condition before we install anything and tell you honestly what needs to be addressed.
ROOFING EXPERIENCE BEHIND EVERY GUTTER JOB
We understand how water moves off a roof and what happens when the drainage system below does not handle it properly. That context shows up in every gutter system we install.
OUR PROVEN PROCESS
ASSESSMENT
We inspect your existing gutters or new roofline, check fascia and soffit condition, evaluate drainage patterns, and determine the right gutter size, profile, downspout placement, and pitch for your home's specific needs.
CLEAR PROPOSAL
You get a written proposal covering gutter material, size, profile, downspout quantity and placement, any fascia work needed, and the full project scope so you know exactly what is being installed.
INSTALLATION OR REPAIR
We fabricate seamless gutters on site, install them at the correct pitch, secure them to sound fascia, position downspouts for proper drainage, and verify water flow through the full system before leaving.
DRAINAGE VERIFICATION
We check every section of the installed system for proper pitch, secure attachment, and correct downspout discharge before sign off. If anything needs adjustment, we address it on the spot.
RELATED SERVICES

ROOF REPLACEMENTS
A new roof and a new gutter system installed together means the full drainage path is set up correctly from day one. No gaps, no mismatched sizing, and no water going where it should not.

ROOF REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE
Gutter problems and roof edge damage often go together. We check both while we are on site so nothing gets missed and you are not dealing with a separate call for a related problem later.

SIDING
Water that misses the gutter or overflows hits the siding next. We handle both so the full exterior is protected and water has nowhere to go except where it is supposed to.

ROOF INSPECTIONS
We check gutter condition as part of every roof inspection because they are part of the same drainage system. A roof in good shape with failing gutters is still a water damage problem waiting to happen.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I know if my gutters need to be repaired or fully replaced?
If your gutters are sagging, pulling away from the fascia, leaking at multiple joints, or heavily corroded, replacement is usually the better investment. Isolated issues like a single leaking joint or disconnected downspout are straightforward repairs. We assess what is there and give you an honest recommendation.
What size gutters do I need?
Most residential homes use 5-inch K-style gutters, but larger roofs with steep pitches or significant drainage loads may need 6-inch gutters and larger downspouts. We calculate the right sizing based on your roof’s surface area and drainage load, not just what is already there.
What are seamless gutters and why are they better?
Seamless gutters are fabricated on site from a single continuous piece of aluminum cut to the exact length of each run. No mid-span seams means fewer places for the system to leak or separate over time, and a cleaner look on the roofline compared to sectional gutters.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Twice a year is a reasonable baseline, once in late spring after pollen and seed season and once in late fall after the leaves are down. Homes under heavy tree cover may need more frequent cleaning. Gutter guards reduce cleaning frequency but do not eliminate it entirely.
Can gutters that are pulling away from the fascia be repaired?
It depends on why they are pulling away. If the fascia board underneath is rotted, the gutter cannot be properly reattached until the wood is replaced. If the hangers have simply failed or backed out, we can resecure the gutter to the existing fascia after checking the condition underneath.
Do you install gutters on both residential and commercial properties?
Yes. We install and repair gutter systems on residential homes and commercial buildings. Commercial properties often require larger gutter profiles and more downspouts to handle the drainage load from larger roof surfaces. We size every system to the building it is serving.
